Low cost innovative solutions that can monitor and predict blocked gullies in high risk flooding areas of Dublin (when a gully fills with water and overflows). We would like to develop a low cost, scalable solution adapted to the needs to the city, which will enable city staff to monitor gullies, collect data and analyse it. It should also be able to be integrated with other legacy systems present in the relevant sections. Please see tender document for further details.
