Short description

The Commissioners of Public Works in Ireland (OPW) invite tenders from suitably qualified individuals or firms to provide the following services: Communications Services for a period of 3 years, commencing in July/August 2017 for the (OPW) as follows: a. In-placement on a full-time basis, of i. Account Manager b. Provision of an option for an additional in-placement on a full-time basis of an Account Executive to be exercised at the discretion of OPW. c. Call down additional communications services which may be required from time to time by the OPW depending on workload and specific campaign / event plans i. Account Director – senior support for strategic planning and campaign direction (80 hours per year) ii. Account Executive – programme execution support to communications function in programme and event execution (estimate at 320 hours per year). availed of during the period of the contract, or limited to the benchmark hours indicated.

Description of the procurement

The Commissioners of Public Works in Ireland (“Contracting Authority”) invite tenders from suitably qualified individuals or firms to provide the following services: Communications Services for a period of 3 years, commencing in July/August 2017 for the Office of Public Works (OPW) as follows: a. In-placement on a full-time basis, subject to an annual review of performance (see a sample of the Annual Review of Performance Form for this purpose at paragraph 4.6 under and) of i. Account Manager b. Provision of an option for an additional in-placement on a full-time basis of an Account Executive to be exercised at the discretion of OPW. c. Call down additional communications services which may be required from time to time by the OPW depending on workload and specific campaign / event plans i. Account Director – senior support for strategic planning and campaign direction (80 hours per year) ii. Account Executive – programme execution support to communications function in programme and event execution (estimate at 320 hours per year). NOTE: For the purposes of the tender evaluation costs for call down services will be calculated against benchmark hours per year as indicated above. Call down provision provides no guarantee that this service will be availed of during the period of the contract, or limited to the benchmark hours indicated.
