Electric Ireland intends to procure SaaS / Vendor hosted software for a Campaign Management System (CMS) which will centrally manage campaigns across all customers and interaction types throughout their lifetime with Electric Ireland various business units. The applicant will supply and implement the Campaign Management System.
The CMS will allow effective management and reporting on campaigns, including outgoing and incoming customer communication, capturing and reporting customer feedback on the campaign and managing and reporting on customer surveys.

Description of the procurement
