Short description

There are 15 Education and Training Boards (see Appendix 2) participating in this Framework Agreement. There are seventeen (17) regional Lots.
For the purposes of this Competition the 15 Education and Training Boards (ETBs) are collectively referred to as the ‘Contracting Authorities’.
However, each ETB will be the Contracting Authority for their individual ETB; Framework Contracts will be issued by respective ETBs to successful Tenderers.
