Telecom Services has an on-going requirement of the Supply, Installation and Maintenance of Air conditioning units to cool essential, mission
critical telecommunications and IT equipment, housed in dedicated rooms in ESB sites. These sites are located nationwide and include a number of different ESB premises, such as hill site locations and
High Voltage stations. From time to time as new systems are required or existing one reach end of life the installation of these new units will be carried out by the nominated contractor from an agreed rate card that will be subject to review . Work within High Voltage locations will be carried out in compliance with ESB Networks Sub Station Handbook rules.
The successful service provider will already have delivered a solution of similar type and scale to that being sought by ESB.
ESB will also require implementation services to configure the solution to ESB specific requirements.

Description of the procurement

ESB Telecom Services has an on-going requirement for a range of air conditioning units. These air conditioning units are used to cool essential, mission
