Description of the procurement

This Qualification System will be designed to allow for the assembly of a multi-supplier panel with competent entities whose capabilities include, but are not limited to, completing the inspection, overhaul and required refurbishment of gas seal and compressor bundles at Midleton Compressor Station (“MCS”) in Ireland and , Beattock Compressor Station and Brighouse Bay Compressor Station (together “SWSOS”) in Scotland.
