• The retention and re-use of the Brewhouse Building (approx. 4,530 sq.m.), a 2 / 3 and part 4 and 5 storey concrete framed building.
• The demolition of a two storey steel framed extension to the south of the original “Bauhaus” structure.(855sq.m. ground and 110 sq.m. Second Floor.)
• Construction of a new 220 sq.m. penthouse level over the northern section of the building.
• Insertion of new floors in voids at first and second floor level to create additional floor space within the existing building envelope.
Replacement of part of the existing roof structure
• This building is to be constructed to a L.E.E.D Gold certified standard
