The Courts Service seeks services for activities in the field of implementation of e-learning for the Learning and Development Unit, as depicted below.
Provision of Services for the analysis, design development, implementation and evaluation in house of e-learning courses. This will be implemented in cases when the Courts Service develops courses in house.
Services required by the Courts Service include but are not confined to the following:
• analysis of training needs,
• course design alternatives,
• course development tools,
• methods and methodologies,
• course implementation best practices,
• coaching of virtual trainers
• course evaluation.

The Courts Service seeks services for activities in the field of implementation of e-learning for the Learning and Development Unit, as depicted below.
Provision of Services for the analysis, design development, implementation and evaluation in house of e-learning courses. This will be implemented in cases when the Courts Service develops courses in house.

• coaching of virtual trainers
• course evaluation.
The aim is that the Learning and Development Unit staff involved in the e-learning project will have access to external expert input and advice to use methodologies/tools to analyse, design, develop, implement and evaluate e-learning courses and other related activities to enable Staff to be proficient in use of relevant software to produce RLO’s themselves.
Courts Service anticipates several assignments for the duration of the contract.
Price is not the only award criterion and all criteria are stated only in the procurement documents
