Short description

The Charities Regulator was established as an independent Authority on a statutory basis in October 2014 in accordance with the Charities Act, 2009.
The objective of this RFT is to award a contract to a single vendor for the delivery of the required registry, reporting and compliance system solution during an initial contract period of 36 months; for the scope as described in Appendix I of the RFT. The Regulator would have the right to extend the contract for an additional 36-month term to support the existing system as well as deliver incremental enhancements.
This RFT contains significant background information to provide as full a context as possible.
The Charities Regulator is seeking a fully managed end to end solution to meet its IT needs. The standard functionality of the chosen system should be the best
