Description of the procurement

This public procurement competition relates to an ICT Partner for the provision of certain ICT services for the Houses of the Oireachtas. The services to be provided include a range of ICT development activities that support the work of the Houses of the Oireachtas. For clarity, the services required have been separated into 2 parts. Tenderers must provide separate responses for each part and they will be evaluated independently of each other. For the purposes of this document, Part 1 and Part 2 services will collectively be known as the Services unless otherwise stated.
