(a) Cothabháil, bainistiú agus eagrú teicniúil ar www.tearma.ie (i gcomhair leis an gconraitheoir óstála);
(b) Na feidhmeanna reatha uile a bhaineann le www.tearma.ie a bhogadh ón ardán Léacslann go dtí ardán níos nua-aimseartha;
(c) Leasuithe a chur i gcrích ar chomhéadain www.tearma.ie, de réir mar a iarrfaidh Foras na Gaeilge;
(d) Riar eagarthóireachta a dhéanamh ar an téarmaíocht atá sa bhunachar téarmaíochta, de réir mar a iarrfaidh Foras na Gaeilge;
(e) Comhoibriú leis an gConraitheoir Óstála sa mhéid is gá.
