Description of the procurement
The INSPIRE Expert role has a number of facets and may require more than one resource to cover all potential requirements. It may be a tenderer with a number of suitable resources or an individual with a broad and deep set of INSPIRE skills. The typical responsibilities of the INSPIRE support role will be to support the Department in meeting the national obligations under the INSPIRE directive. The service provider may be engaged in monitoring and reporting tasks. They may be tasked with establishing working groups to cover every aspect of a data consolidation project from identifying required data to creating harmonised, INSPIRE compliant national datasets available as INSPIRE services.
