Applicants are not required to assume a particular legal form at this stage of the competition. Applications may be submitted from single entities or by groups. A group will not be required to convert into a specific legal form in order to submit a tender, but may be required to do so if successful and once it is to be awarded the contract. Plassey Campus Developments Ltd also reserves the right to contract with each member of the group or on the basis of joint and several liability.
