Suitability to pursue the professional activity, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers

List and brief description of conditions:  Insurance Providers must be authorised to underwrite insurance contracts within the EU for the categories of insurance mentioned in LOT 1 & LOT 2.
The successful candidates following the tender process must demonstrate that they are licensed to underwrite insurance business in the Republic of Ireland by the Department of Jobs Enterprise and innovation.

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met;
The successful candidates following the tender process must demonstrate that they are licensed to underwrite insurance business in the Republic of Ireland by the Department of Jobs Enterprise and innovation.

All candidates will be required to produce a certificate or declaration demonstrating that they have fulfilled their obligations relating to the payment of taxes under the law of the relevant state in which the economic operator is established.
