Description of the procurement

In Summary, the services sought are as follows: Conduct research and produce a report on the findings of same in relation to current barriers for retail banking customers in the Irish market switching financial products and providers; Develop a strategy and action plan based on research undertaken; Coordinate with relevant stakeholders; Implement this strategy including matters such as creating whatever materials and media campaigns are considered by the tenderer, with the agreement of the Contracting Authority, to be the most effective means of communicating with the public and raising public awareness; Measure and analyse the success of the campaign qualitatively and quantitatively; Monitor and review the effectiveness of the strategy on an ongoing basis; Adapt and refine the strategy as a result of monitoring and reviews as necessary to ensure ongoing effectiveness; and Present a final evaluation report to the Contracting Authority on the overall project.
