Short description

The LGMA is seeking to appoint a Consultant to support the project architect in the design and construction of the redevelopment of Phoenix House. This includes but is not limited to Engineering, Quantity Surveying and Planning Consultants. The Agency proposes to consolidate its operations by way of the redevelopment of Phoenix House, at 27 Conyngham Road, Dublin 8, is a six-storey building, of approximate gross floor area 2,500 sq. m. The Agency intends to develop and increase the office accommodation on the site to cater for its current and future needs. The completed building is to exemplify progressive standards in environmental and office design and will comprise up to 4,500sq.m. gross floor area. .

Description of the procurement

Redevelopment of Phoenix House, at 27 Conyngham Road, Dublin 8. A six-storey building, of approximate gross floor area 2,500 sq. m., located on the north bank of the river Liffey and shares a common entrance and parking facilities with an adjoining, built contemporaneously in the 1970s that is in separate ownership. The Agency intends to develop and increase the office accommodation on the site to cater for its current and future needs. The completed building is to exemplify progressive standards in environmental and office design and will comprise up to 4,500sq.m. gross floor area. The Client intends to appoint a Consultant to support the project architect in the design and construction of the redevelopment of Phoenix House. This includes but is not limited to Engineering, Quantity Surveying and Planning Consultants.
