Description of the procurement

This is a call to competition by IE for the procurement of Seat Trim Repair Services (the “Contract”). IE has a requirement for a suitably experienced and qualified company to manufacture, supply and install new seat coverings for IE’s fleet of rail passenger vehicles. In order to be considered for inclusion in this tender competition interested parties are required, via this Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) process, to demonstrate their financial and technical capacity to undertake this contract. Returned PQQ submissions will be evaluated on the basis of the information provided using the Selection Criteria set out in Section 5 of this PQQ document. Failure to achieve the minimum criteria and scores required under the Selection Criteria will prevent that party from being included in the subsequent tender process.
