The Local Government Operational Procurement Centre (LGOPC) acting as a Central Purchasing Body (CPB) under the auspices of Kerry County Council is coordinating the establishment of a framework of contractors on behalf of the Contracting Authorities
Local Authorities intend carrying out energy efficiency upgrades to council owned properties at various locations around the country.
