The Contracting Authority wishes to engage the services of a partner who will
provide a baseline of three full time resources to CORU to manage these key
business process activities with the resources based in CORUs office. These
supplier resources will work from the CORU office and will be responsible for
carrying out process activities as well as providing general administrative duties
including customer relationship management and query handling for the
registration, recognition, CPD and renewal processes from August 2016.
