There are currently 22 delivery locations, however the number of locations may vary over the term of the Contract. The ballot papers are required for use in Referendums, as they occur, for the duration of the contract. More than one referendum may be held on the same day. The largest number of referendums that have been held on one day is three in June 1992, with a further one in November 1992 and this was the busiest year. The number of ballot papers at the last referendum was 3,798,000.
