Description of the procurement

The Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform invites responses (“Tenders”) to
this Request for Tenders (“RFT”) from economic operators (“Tenderers”) for the
supply of the Goods as described in Appendix 1 to this RFT, “Requirements and
Specifications” (“the Goods”). The Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform is
the contracting authority for this public procurement competition (“the Contracting
Authority”).
