Additional information

The Contracting Authority, (the HSE) wishes to notify interested parties of the withdrawal of the above mentioned Invitation to Tender. The HSE intend to initiate a new procurement process in the immediate future. We considered amendments were required to the ITT and Framework Agreement to increase clarity regarding certain matters including the conditions under which different methods of drawdown would occur.
Further detail shall be included in the new tender documents that shall be published in due course. In order to reduce the administrative burden on tenderers, the documents will substantially mirror the documents as originally published. In addition, certain of the requirements originally sought have been simplified.
The HSE wishes to advise tenderers that this new tender process will address the issue of continuity of supply which as previously indicated, is a matter of major concern. It is of significant clinical importance that there is continuity of supply of products.
