Short description

The NTA has decided to seek an experienced ICT Managed Services partner to provide a range of ICT Support Services for two years, extendible to four years. The range of services required will include:
• ICT Managed Service - to support and maintain the defined NTA’s ICT Systems deemed in scope;
• Ad-hoc ICT consultancy services – to provide advice on and implement future changes required to meet changing business requirements or improved ICT Services.
Some of the services under the contract will be required on an on-going basis whilst others will be required as needs arise to meet the requirements and demands of the NTA.
The Authority is seeking to achieve best value for money, whilst wanting to be reassured that the tenderer can provide a level of service that is appropriate to the requirements.
