Short description

The Contracting Authority proposes to engage in a competitive process for the
establishment of a framework agreement for the provision of Occupational Health
Services.
A framework agreement constitutes a means of establishing overall terms and
conditions in accordance with which, for a specified duration, individual contracts
may or not be awarded.
The City Council wishes to appoint an Occupational Health Service Provider
(OHSP) in order that The City Council has a best in class occupational health
service (OHS) for the protection and prevention of its entire staff, including the staff
of the Dublin Fire Brigade, from ill health (or injury) arising from their work in The
City Council.
