Grangegorman Development Agency invites applications from groupings, consortia, joint ventures and other entities interested in being considered for a student accommodation development on the Grangegorman Campus. The development consists of 2,100 bed spaces in all, to be provided by a long-term service concession. The development requires that 3 separate phases (700, 900, 500 beds respectively) in several blocks be available for occupation within a 10 year single operator framework period with service concession periods extending between 30 to 50 years with the Applicant chosen as the Framework Operator designate.
