Short description
The work comprises construction of a 4.4km road improvement scheme,
consisting of 2.3km of new and/or realigned road, 2.08km of online road
improvements and all associated works including the provision of new drainage. It
also includes the provision of approximately 2.8 km of facilities for vulnerable road
users (cyclists & pedestrians) with new public lighting. The works include
associated site clearance, drainage works and earthworks, farm access roads,
fencing, pavement works, accommodation works, diversions of existing services,
provision of road markings and traffic signs, traffic management. The Employer is
making available certain lands for the sole purpose of executing these Works.
