Short description
The DSP requires the design, development, validation and implementation of an accredited programme for the Departments in-house learning and development curriculum (One DSP Learning Programme) for its frontline roles to ensure that staff are trained in the full range of technical competencies and skills required to perform job roles to a high standard. The Department is seeking to establish an accredited award (or awards), at minimum NFQ Level 6 (HETAC), in partnership with an educational institution who have "delegated authority" from Quality and Qualifications Ireland (QQI).
