Beaumont Hospital will enter into a contractual relationship in its own right with the party submitting the most economically advantageous tender. As separate contracts that may be ‘drawn-down’ as the need arises, however, up to five additional systems may be purchased from the successful tenderer by, or on behalf of, the Health Service Executive (the HSE) and any of its funded agencies.
