The Office of the Chief Information Officer, HSE, invites tenders for the supply of
an Online Recovery Toolkit for Bipolar Disorder Diagnosis. The bipolar lighthouse
project is one of the Lighthouse Projects components of the eHealth strategy for
Ireland, whose strategic intent is to utilise technology to proffer a more effective,
efficient and high quality healthcare service. The solution requested shall be
tested in three community based clinical sites as a pilot study initially.
