avail of house purchase loan finance from local authorities and to cover the
rental equity portion of Shared Ownership Schemes, and;
(ii) Oversight, administration and management of the scheme to include;
• Premium collections and management
• Claims management
• Liaison with Local Authorities on all matters as they relate to operation and
administration of the scheme
