consists of:
 An horizontal expansion, of approximately 4,500sq m Nett Floor Area (NFA)

 To provide for departmental adjacencies including Bunkers for six (6Nr.) Linear
Accelerators and support accommodation;
 Provision of on-grade car-parking. The Design shall allow for structural
capability of a
five (5Nr.) storey structure, to allow for future expansion.

Justification:  
HSE advertised for Individual Design Team Services for 7 Disciplines. An insufficient number of suitably qualified applicants for Lot 5 Project Supervisor Design Process, Lot 6 Fire Safety and Lot 7 Planning Consultancy Services. Therefore, in order to appoint all disciplines at the same time it is necessary for these Lots to be re-advertised and progressed by accelerated procedure.
