Short description

The Health Information and Quality Authority is the independent Authority established in May 2007 to drive continuous improvement in Ireland’s health and social care services. Our role is to promote quality and safety in the provision of health and personal social services for the benefit of the health and welfare of the public.
HIQA seeks an experienced ICT managed services partner to provide a range of ICT support services across HIQA’s offices and home workers for 3 years with an option to extend it for a further 2 years.
The successful partner will provide day to day managed support of HIQA’s entire desktop, server, communication and security infrastructure.
This partner will also provide ad-hoc consultancy services to provide advice and implement change(s) to support HIQA meet its business plan objectives.
