Short description
The Irish Coast Guard is seeking a supplier for supply, delivery and maintenance of a Counterbalance Forklift Truck for use in the Irish Coast Guard Stores warehouse. It is intended to replace the current model Lansing Linde H40 Diesel Lift Truck with a new Lift Truck suitable for indoor, unventilated use, as per S.I. No. 299 of 2007: Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (General Application) Regulations 2007.Must be capable of being used as part of an emergency response consisting of lifting and moving up to 50 items (crates and pallets) weighing up to 3000KG. This must be done with an absolute minimum interruption to the process for Recharging/Refuelling/Fuel Cell replacement. If Routine Annual Maintenance Agreement must be included in Tender response. Tenderers must submit a hard, paper copy response, electronic only copies will be rejected.

Must be capable of being used as part of an emergency response consisting of lifting and moving up to 50 items (crates and pallets) weighing up to 3000KG. This must be done with an absolute minimum interruption to the process for Recharging/Re-fuelling/Fuel Cell replacement. If FLT supplied is powered by electricity from on-board batteries, the supply must include all battery charging equipment .
