The route extends between Portlaoise and Cashel serving the principal stopping
places listed in the RFT.
The service is required to operate to those times indicated below on Mondays to
Sundays. A Sunday service is required to be operated on Public Holidays and
services are not required to operate on Christmas Day.
The approximate daily scheduled kilometres in service (“scheduled kilometres”)
required to be operated is approximately 593km Monday to Saturday excluding
Friday, 701km Fridays and 259km on Sundays and Bank Holidays (refer to Table
A in Appendix II). Tenders must satisfy themselves as to the accuracy of these
figures.

Description of the procurement
