The National Library of Ireland (the “Contracting Authority”) invites Expressions of
Interest from economic operators (“Candidates”) for the provision of Exhibition Design, Supply, Installation & Maintenance Services.
Any contract that may result from this Competition (the “Services Contract”) will be
issued to design, supply and install the exhibition and to provide an annually
renewable maintenance contract for a period of up to five years (“the Term”).
The Contracting Authority estimates that the expenditure on the Services to be
covered by the proposed Services Contract may amount to some €700,000
maximum excluding VAT for Exhibition Design Supply and Installation, plus an Annual
Maintenance Fee of €8,000 maximimum per annum (excl. VAT) over the Term.
Candidates must understand that this figure is an estimate only based on current
and future expected usage.

Description of the procurement

The National Library of Ireland (the “Contracting Authority”) invites Expressions of

Any contract that may result from this Competition (the “Services Contract”) will be
issued to design, supply and install the exhibition and to provide an annually

Review procedure

Precise information on deadline(s) for review procedures: 
In circumstances where Directive 89/665/EEC as amended by Directive 2007/66/EC (the “Remedies Directive”) applies, no contract can or will be executed or take effect until at least fourteen (14) calendar days after the day on which the Tenderers have been sent a notice informing them of the result of this Competition (the “Standstill Period”) if such notice is sent by electronic means. The Standstill Period shall be sixteen (16) calendar days if such notice is sent by other means. The preferred bidder will be notified of the decision of the Contracting Authority and of the expiry date of the Standstill Period.
