GMIT invites expressions of interest in relation to a contract for Catering
Services. GMIT requires the provision of a comprehensive, high quality, flexible
and responsive catering service at its CCAM Campus. Customers of the service
will be students, staff and visitors to the Institute. The Institute expects the
service to incorporate continuous development, improvement and innovation.
GMIT will subsidise the cost of the service.
The successful tenderer shall operate the catering service to a high quality,
innovative & modern standard. GMIT Students and staff are price and quality
sensitive. This service relates to the provision of a catering service in the CCAM
Campus building only.
