This is a Contract Award Notice. This tender was to appoint an experienced service provider to provide Catering Services for the following campus outlets:
• An Bhialann, an 720 seat restaurant incorporating a food hall,
• Separate branded coffee and Bespoke sandwich operations
• Adjacent café.
This is a service concession contract, in that the successful economic operator will be rewarded for the delivery of the required services through access to the opportunity to operate the catering services described. This concession was awarded under the Negotiated procedure.
