This competition primarily relates to the management and coordination of Non-
Emergency Transport Services for Service Users using dialysis and disability
services run on a scheduled timetable basis in Counties Louth and Meath.
Transport will primarily be for Service Users of the HSE, including Service Users
of organisations and bodies funded or part funded by the HSE, however other
individuals connected with the provision of the service such as Passenger
Assistants may use the services. Transportation may be to/from a HSE facility
and the Service User’s home or between healthcare facilities
