The University invites tenders for entry into a framework agreement for the
provision of graphic design services to the University from 2016, onwards. We
wish to enter into a partnership with a framework of service providers that will
work in conjunction with the University and its print providers as part of a team
committed to the timely delivery of quality publications. This framework
agreement will be subject to annual review.
Initially, the agency that achieves the highest score in this competition will be
awarded the contract to design the Undergraduate Prospectus and associated
suite of publications. Thereafter, the University will require that all graphic design
be procured from among the designated panel using the University’s identity
guidelines, ensuring a consistent look and feel for all University publications.

Description of the procurement
