Description of the procurement

Senior Leadership Development Programme
The TII goal is to build and develop a high-performing, project-orientated,
commercially-minded public organisation that delivers on its objectives to our
Customers and to the Government, and is seen as a leading authority in transport
infrastructure. Senior Leadership Development is a key enabler in maximising individual potential and further improving individual, team and company performance. This
programme is an integral part of TII’s Learning & Development strategy and
demonstrates our commitment to senior managers by offering them the support
they need to be effective in their current and future roles.
TII wishes to appoint a single supplier to design and deliver a Senior Leadership
Development programme for initially up to 12 participants at a Senior
Management level. The programme is intended to run for twelve months from
January to December 2017. The aim is to run at least one programme per year
for the next three years, depending on the initial success of the programme.
And any other related services required by the Contracting Authority.
