area, a fitness suite, social areas, changing rooms administration areas, stores, service areas and other ancillary accommodation, The provision of new site entrances and routes for vehicular, pedestrian and bicycle use, bus, car & coach drop-off areas, car parking areas and bicycle shelters; provision of new roundabout, bus drop-off areas and alteration of
boundary wall and fencing at the existing public road to the South of the site; provision of ball courts, pitch, landscaping, foul sewer connections and ancillary site works.

Description of the procurement

The development is to consist of:
(a) The construction of two new two-storey post primary school buildings of
approximately 9000 square metres each including general classrooms, specialist
classrooms, social areas, administration areas, specialist accommodation for
pupils with special educational needs, circulation areas, sensory gardens, service
yards, external stores, covered storage areas for construction studies and other
ancillary accommodation.
(b) The construction of a part single-storey, part two-storey sports facility of
approximately 2000 square metres including a general purpose hall, a stage
area, a fitness suite, social areas, changing rooms, circulation areas,
administration areas, stores, service areas and other ancillary accommodation,
(c) The provision of new site entrances and routes for vehicular, pedestrian
and bicycle use, bus, car & coach drop-off areas, car parking areas and bicycle
shelters; provision of new roundabout, bus drop-off areas and alteration of
boundary wall and fencing at the existing public road to the South of the site;
provision of ballcourts, playing pitch, landscaped external areas, foul sewer
connections and ancillary site works.
