ESB is seeking proposals in relation to a Leadership Development Programme,
which is aligned with it’s Business and People Strategy, 2020. The capability of
our leadership group to engage and motivate its people within this complex,
commercial and changing environment, is key to the success of the Business
Strategy. A central focus of ESBs Management Development Framework (2014)
is building key People Management and Leadership competencies. Two current
development needs are:
Understanding and applying the principles of managing performance /
development, motivation and engagement.
Leading , managing and implementing change at team and business line/unit level
