Short description

Limerick City and County Council (LCCC) has purchased a GIS software based
Property Interest Register (PIR), capable of efficiently managing LCCC's
property interests including the purchase, disposal, leasing and licencing of
property. Following the merger of Limerick City Council and Limerick County
Council in 2015, LCCC now require the support of a service provider to collate
and enter Limerick City’s and Limerick County’s property and assets data
records (approx 13,000 records) into this new PIR system.
A Site visit/Open day will take place in LCCC offices on Patrick Street, Limerick
on Monday 13th June 2016 between the hours of 10:00am and 1:00pm.
Interested Applicants should email james.clune@limerick.ie in advance to
confirm attendance.
