Clúid Housing Association invites experienced housing developers to develop
housing units on land which has the benefit of Full Planning Permission. The
proposals must be within the proximity of public services and amenities in any of
the locations set out in the request for tenders.
Tenderers are required to propose a site for their Scheme. The site shall be
purchased by Clúid if the Tenderer is successful in the Competition; Clúid shall
simultaneously enter into a Development Agreement for the design and
construction of the Scheme in the form contained in the Contract, which will
become unconditional upon the completion of the purchase of the site.
