Short description

Oaklee Housing invites tenders from experienced housing developers to submit
proposals for developing turnkey social residential schemes within the proximity
of public services and amenities at a number of locations in Counties Wexford,
Waterford, Kilkenny and Carlow in the south east of Ireland in accordance with
the provisions of this Request for Tenders (‘RFT’). The RFT (a) sets out the
terms and conditions for the selection of suitable schemes and associated
developers (b) provides details on the general arrangements, including funding
and contracts which the Schemes are to be procured under; and (c) invites
interested parties to participate in the Competition by making certain submissions
to Oaklee.
