Description of the procurement

The HSE invites suitably qualified and experienced service providers to submit a
tender for a tender competition for the provision of Water Quality services in
relation to Bio-film and waterborne microorganisms, to include site investigation,
risk assessment, schematic drawing preparation and a costed solution to address
the issues identified within HSE, with an initial requirement at Cork University
Hospital, Wilton, Cork.

Tenderers are required to note that the estimated contract value indicated in the Contract Notice does not reflect the budget available for the initial requirement for Cork University Hospital. HSE advises that it has a limited budget available for the initial requirement for Cork University Hospital; Tenderers must be cognisant of these budgetary constraints in costing their tender submissions.
The estimated contract value indicated in the Contract Notice is an estimated value of the aggregated requirements that may be met from the outcome of this tender competition over the maximum contract duration.
