The Broadcasting Authority of Ireland (BAI) wishes to award a contract for the redesign of www.baionline.ie, a bespoke contract management and grant administration system operated by the BAI and run on the ServiceNow platform. The successful tenderer
may be required to provide support to the BAI on the redeveloped application software
for a period of up to one year following implementation.
