The Contracting Authority wishes to establish a multiparty framework agreement
for the provision of graphic design and related services. The aim of the
framework is to supply the Contracting Authority with graphic design services for
multiple media purposes. The Contracting Authority’s requirements are outlined
as follows: Lot 1: Graphic Design for Advertising and Digital Campaigns Lot 2:
Graphic Design for Marketing Collateral, Publications and PC-based office
products Lot 3: Graphic Design for Exhibition and Office Branding The
Contracting Authority will require full ownership of all copyright and intellectual
property rights associated with all novel graphic design work produced by
framework members.
