Lot 1: Lease of on-campus Bank Branch - which consists of the exclusive
right to occupy the sole on-campus banking retail outlet for the purpose of
operating a bank branch for the benefit of the University community.
Lot 2: Banking Services - This is for the delivery of a comprehensive banking
service including the maintenance of bank accounts, handling of paper and
electronic payments, cash processing and other activities associated with
University banking business and excludes Merchant Services.
