EduCampus Services Ltd. invites expressions of interest from parties capable of
meeting its needs to replace the hosting environment, application software and
provide a managed support service for the Library Management System
(Millennium) that it manages on behalf of its clients – thirteen Institutes of
Technology in Ireland. The single supplier framework agreement will be awarded
using the competitive dialogue procedure. It is anticipated that the competitive
dialogue procedure will be conducted over an eight (8) week period commencing
27th June 2016.
In order to be selected for participation in the competitive dialogue, applicants
must meet the
criteria and rules for participation set out in the qualification questionnaire.
